Tour de Tendring bike ride
Come and join us on the hugely popular Tour de Tendring bike ride to raise money for your chosen charity. You can cycle on one of three circular routes around the picturesque district of Tendring - perfect cycling country with quiet roads, low hills and views to the sea. All routes start and finish in Dovercourt - the long route visits the classic seaside resort of Clacton on Sea, famous for its Pier, St Osyth, and Great Bentley which has the biggest village green in England. The routes rejoin in Great Oakley, mentioned in the Domesday Book, before the finish where you can unwind with refreshments, entertainment, and a swimming pool!
The 6 mile family ride is mostly traffic free as it passes through the historic town of Harwich (including Britain's oldest cinema!) up to the coast, passing three lighthouses on the way back to Dovercourt.

You certainly can't generalise about every officer, when some forces have a much better record for taking motoring offences seriously.

I like the idea of power meters, I just don't like what they're going to show me.
So why isn't the same attitude used for roads where there are persistent speeding drivers?
Paul says he rolled it up, with hood attached, down to about a 25cm x 10cm tube – though "a seasoned bike packer could no doubt do better!"
abuse of me and my actions on RCC's FB page...
Just one simple change would improve the Zwift workouts... the ability to search for workouts per TSS/IF/zone for one, rather than time....
All council activities are subsidised by the tax payer with perhaps car parking being the exception.
