Epilepsy Action Harrogate Sportive
Starting and finishing in Harrogate, the Epilepsy Action Harrogate Sportive will take riders out into the surrounding countryside showcased during stage one and two of this year’s Tour de France. The route will pass through the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park, avoiding major A-roads.
The event will be suitable for cyclists of varying abilities. Riders are able to choose between a 33-mile or 72-mile route.

They already have a record number of officers but what they lack is 1) leadership 2) an effective strategy that starts with "low level" crime 3)...
Unfortunately not having a subscription I can't see the important bits, like the size of the effect, the experimental design etc. ......
I think the problem with this figure is two-fold....
