Evans Cycles RIDE IT: Hatfield Road Sportive
Event info
The original Hatfield Sportive returns for its 8th year! This ride has historically been a rollercoaster of rain and sunshine but is always well attended and full of camaraderie. The route will take riders into the heart of the county and show just what an amazing place it is. A host of classic English scenery and quiet roads feature heavily, and may come as a surprise for an area so close to the capital.
This is an established ride that offers something for everyone and has proven extremely popular in previous years - early booking is advisable.
Presumably they're ones that escaped from earlier experiments?...

All nice and well but what I still miss on all those Garmin devices is the possibility to simply reverse a set course ......
Could be. They've also splashed out and repainted some give way markings where redways cross roads, some at junctions where cyclists often don't....
