Goodwood Motor Circuit, West Sussex, PO18 0PX
UK Cycling Events will be running a fun-filled day of cycling on Sunday 9th June and you can book your tickets for the cycling day here. Not only will we be hosting a stunning sportive, but the track will be bustling with a family fun day and race programme all day. Three glorious sportive routes will take in the beautiful roads and landscapes in and around the South Downs National Park after completing a lap of the Goodwood Motor Circuit.
Riders taking part in the Epic route will be treated to stunning views over Duncton on the technical decent – a nice reward after the climb out of the Goodwood estate. A nice quick 40-miles or so follow with an undulating gradient but nothing too strenuous. This will give riders some time to enjoy the beautiful countryside.
Riders on both the Epic and Standard routes get the challenge of climbing Harvesting Lane as they make their way up Butser Hill. On a clear day, they will be rewarded with views over the Solent and Isle of Wight.
All three routes are lovely and will appeal to all riders, with the choice of taking on some challenging climbs or just stretching the legs to enjoy the scenery.
The Family Fun Day will see activities and challenges for all ages and abilities on the track and around the Motor Circuit grounds. The afternoon will see a full programme of racing on the circuit, with full details announced soon.
Track Fest will offer something for everyone as we raise awareness and funds for Dallaglio Rugbyworks. All ticket prices include a £5 donation to support the work of Dallaglio RugbyWorks. You can make an additional donation at the basket should you wish. Make sure you get the date in your diary and keep your eyes peeled for more details on the day's programme coming soon. Interested in the Supercar Track Day check out www.dallagliorugbyworks.com for more information.
