A low-cost family, recreational bike ride with super low entry fees. All levels and abilities. Experience Bellevue by bicycle. Two different routes — a 9-mile loop for families or less experienced cyclists, and a more challenging 24-mile loop with some hills. The event will feature prize give away (raffle), refreshments, and freebies for all participants. Organizers have been known to add extra surprises too

For tyre reviews it would be really helpful to report the different sizes available, not just the size that was tested.
It's downright odd to mention a discontinued model that wasn't very good, whilst totally failing to mention Wahoo having models at a comparable price.
Sorry, I can't provide any certainty. I'd be tempted to try adding a washer to see if that removes the play. With mine, if I tighten up the pivot...
