Hard-to-steal rear light

Does anyone have any recommendations for a rear light that isn't removable? Looking to replace one on my girlfriend's bike that has unfortunately stopped working.

I know the trend is towards lights that are USB-rechargable and are quickly mounted and removed on a clip that stays on the frame, but this is the opposite of what I need. Once the light is on the frame, it stays on (possibly some sort of bracket with screws that mounts directly to the light) and takes disposable batteries, rather than rechargable.

I've had a look online and just can't seem to find any that are like this. Looking to spend less than £30 if possible.

This light from Decathlon can only be removed with a tool.

I'm not sure if there's a rear version. You might want to try ask them.

How about a Dynamo wheelset bit extreme but save on batteries too!

This has a seat post mount with metal theft proof band. Light is also automatic, turning itself on/off depending on motion and light levels.

Anything can be stolen.

I put a Cateye TL-LD1100 (2 AA) on my wife's bike and secured it with plastic cable ties to the rack.

I found t here https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/lighting/cateye-tlld1100-10-led-opticube-rea...

I've got one of the Busch & Muller permanent lights attached to the rack (not sure if that's any use to you?) - https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/lighting/busch-muller-toplight-linetec-perma...

I like the Cateye LD610 (2xAAA). If you fit it right beneath the saddle clamp using the SP-6 clamp (for seat post diameter 26.5-30.5mm) and the LD120/500/600/AU100 bracket attachment it will need a crosshead screwdriver to remove it. Cateye parts/brackets can be seen at https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/rear-light-brackets/?brand=cateye

Cateye's Omni 5 fits the same bracket and the whole lens pops off so the 2xAAA can be removed easily with the light in situ. I prefer the LD610 as it's brighter but the Omni 5 is a perfectly capable unit.

Good rechargeable AAAs are about £4 for a 4-pack and each pair will last a number of years. I recharge them weekly at this time of year.
