Sentancing for using a car as a weapon - Beggars belife.
Purdeep Panesar, 27, of Bluebell Close, Bedford - intentionaly runs in to two pedestrians with his car (twice as I read it) because he takes a dislike to them.

and only gets 4 years custody - which means in for two & out on licence for two. No mention of any driving ban.
Just..... Fuck!!!
