Orbea Customer Service / Lifetime Warranty

Hi all,

Has anyone had any issues with Orbea's Customer Service Department and the company's Lifetime Warranty on frames?

I found a crack in my Orca frame back in March on the seat post tube. Contacted the original retailer who sorted out a warranty replacement frame with Orbea. However this took almost 3 months 'til the actual frame arrived.

When the warranty frame arrived I found a crack in the seat post tube due to someone in the factory overtightening the clamp. Back to the retailer again who organised another replacement frame but was then told they couldn't give me a date when I'd receive it. Really anoyed at this so contacted the CEO of Orbea direct. Low and behold a new frame arrived yesterday - a week later.

And you guessed it! The replacement for the replacement is cracked too in the seat post tube because the clamp is overtightened. AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

Contacted them again and now being ignored.
