Bottom bracket help on a Cannondale

Hi all

I have a 2019 Synapse with a BB30A bottom bracket and the stock Sl crankset. Can anyone help with what i would need to fit either a Shimano or SRAM crankset. I am confused as #@%$

Thanks in advance for any help

These are what you need

Pick one for Shimano, standard bearing or angular bearings

second that - mine has been pretty reliable thus far, although be cafeful how you install it. Mine started creaking and was told by the LBS when I eventually gave up to totally ignore the instructions, use something like marine grease rather than the antisieze and not too much of it. The Praxis one is a better design but sadly they only do BB30 not BB30-A so not much help.

One day we'll get Cannondale to use a sensible bottom bracket type...
