Road bike buying advice

Hey y'all, after a few years riding a hardtail mtb, I decided to make a switch to a roadie as I realised that I don't really ride offroad. My budget is 15000 Czk (that's about 500 pounds). I've been searching through the used market for about a month now and so far found this: 2016 Cannondale CAAD 8 Tiagra, 2013 CAAD 10 Ultegra and 2016 Orbea Avant Tiagra. What would you do? Open to any suggestions (I live in Czechia).

I'd buy on condition. The CAAD 8 is still a great frame and I'd take a good condition 8 over a poor 10.

Get the CAAD 10, superb alloy frame and Shimano's second tier groupset. Sounds like a bargain if it's the right size for you!
