If you follow Cyclocross, you'll know about 10 x National Champion Helen Wyman.
Helen, along with her sponsors Easton and Challenge are giving you the chance to adorn your 'cross bike with some very nice bits of bling.
It's easy to enter, all you've got to do is snap a shot of you getting your bike ready for the weekend's racing and then upload it to Instagram with #CxReady in the caption. The winner will need to be following @road.cc, @EastonCycling, @ChallengeTires and most importantly, @CxHelen. Simple.
You could be dialling in your tyre pressures, glueing some fresh tubs or just giving your faithful steed a clean before getting it caked in mud again!
But what of the prizes?
Well, Easton are giving away a set of their EC90 SL bars. These are light, stiff and pretty robust. Helen does, after all, put these through a full cyclocross season.
Add to that their new EA90 stem with an integrated computer mount.
And an EC70 seatpost! Along with an Easton Snapback, signed by Helen.
Challenge are also getting involved by giving a set of their Gravel Grinder TLR tyres in 33mm, 38mm or 42mm widths.
Head over to Instagram now to get your entry in and remember the all-important #CxReady tag!
I think this incident has angered the police, such that this driver will face further sanction. We've created a monster here.
Took my thru axle bike abroad in one. It was a couple of years ago and I can't remember how I did it but you can attach the wheels with skewers...
for me its the lack of sanctions for traffic offences in the first place thats the problem, Mikey wouldnt have to do what he does at all, if people...
The UK has had a few black cycling champions. Not long after Maurice was gaining recognition on the track, Charlie Reynolds, also from South London...
There is little moderation....
Indeed and a thumbs-up. BUT ......
Common sense at last
And tandems...

One way to find out is to put a member of the driver's family on the bike and ask them to repeat the manoeuvre.
