Zeosoft have got it right with their heavy duty hand soap. It cleans without being too abrasive and it smells nice.
There's nothing worse than when you've finished cleaning or mending your bike to find there's more grime on you than your steed.
You could use gloves but they're not for everyone. Hailing from New Zealand, Zeosoft make a range of products based on zeolite volcanic minerals. These unusual porous rocks actively suck up and trap the toxins and odours from the skin. This makes them very effective cleaners but without the possible irritant effects of some cleaners.
The heavy duty hand soap differs from Zeosoft's paste in that there are no silica minerals in the soap, producing a much smoother feel. The soap is smooth but can be lathered quickly into a decent layer of cleaning suds, complete with a citrus smell. Once you've scrubbed off the muck you need to rinse your hands thoroughly as the soap does linger.
The results aren't bad. Your hands are left clean and smell fresh. The only downside, as with any soap, is they leave your hands feeling quite dry. If you have sensitive skin this may not be the right hand-cleaner for you.
