The colourful kit includes orange and turquoise jerseys and jackets in orange and burgundy shades, and Boardman say they haven't scrimped on quality despite the budget prices with venting where it matters, fleece collars on the jackets for warmth and reflective trims for some extra visibility when the sun is drawing in.

The men's gear starts from just £25 with the black and orange patterned jersey in our main pic, with the other two-tone blue jersey in the range coming in at £30. There are also men's bib shorts (£39) casual shorts (£40) and a reflective jacket at £59. The other jacket in the range has removable sleeves (£55), which is beneficial for days that start off cool and warm up during your ride.

The women's range consists of the £25 and £30 jerseys in burgundy and turquoise colourways respectively, the removable sleeve jacket (shown above, £55) and capri leggings for £35.

Arriving at road.cc in 2017 via 220 Triathlon Magazine, Jack dipped his toe in most jobs on the site and over at eBikeTips before being named the new editor of road.cc in 2020, much to his surprise. His cycling life began during his students days, when he cobbled together a few hundred quid off the back of a hard winter selling hats (long story) and bought his first road bike - a Trek 1.1 that was quickly relegated to winter steed, before it was sadly pinched a few years later. Creatively replacing it with a Trek 1.2, Jack mostly rides this bike around local cycle paths nowadays, but when he wants to get the racer out and be competitive his preferred events are time trials, sportives, triathlons and pogo sticking - the latter being another long story.
