For roadies/commuters, not MTB.

Our brains are quite attuned to spotting movement and a moving light is more visible than one attached to a seat post, which is one of the reasons why we have pedal reflectors. These are also side-visible which is important when commuting.

I quite like the integration and the battery life is good. As is that charging dock. But I have no use for them as I only ride in daylight these days. Were I still doing a 6am/6pm commute I might stump for a set.

I too am confused by these.

I'm presuming just expanding the range.

Commuting/utility mountain biker me, occasionally recreational. Flat shoes, love my 3 different pairs of 5 10 freeriders. It is so difficult to get a quality set of flat pedals with holes drilled for pedal reflectors.  Wellgo still do them, but every set I see on Singltrack don't. My original DMR V12s had them, the updated replacements didn't. I like pedal reflectors, bolt on ones, not the push in ones, they vanish too quickly, bolt on ones die over a much longer period. (I also wear reflective/hiviz reversable ankle bands)

These pedals really aren't for me. Should be a perfect fit. And I'm rare. Mountain biking is not about hiviz, reflectives and reflectors. And I love ingenious lights.
