converting a Campag 10 to Shimano 11

I'm changing from Campagnolo Veloce (10 speed) to Ultegra Di2 (11 speed) and would like to find out if anyone has done the free hub swap and what issues they had.  I run Campag Zonda wheels and know that the free hub can be swapped over but have no knowledge about the width of the rear cassette and for once Google isn't helping.

Cheers

The spacing between cogs is the same, but the ramp and pin profile is different. It’ll work, though not as smoothly as it can with proper setup, you may or may not notice

You can just use a Campag 11 speed cassette, no need to change the freehub. Though Campag cassettes are pretty pricy - Miche make cheaper compatible ones, that have worked fine for me.

The freehubs are the same width for Campag 9/10/11/12 and Shimano 11 speeds, you just need to remove the freehub as per the instructions linked to above. Here’s a video of someone removing the freehub from a Campagnolo hub

the part you need reference code FH-BO015X1

I actually have one of these for sale if you are interested, brand new (bought some wheels and was sent the wrong version)

I've done the swap the other way round (Shimano to Campag). Easy job.  See https://www.campagnolo.com/media/files/035_71_Technical_manual_Campagnol...
