Cycling in the Cotswolds

Hello,

It's been a while since I've posted here on road.cc so I thought I'd take the opportunity to share with you all my most recent vlog from the Bank Holiday weekend.

The plan was to do a 200km ride in and around the Cotswolds, went down Frocester, climbed back up via Lever's Hill then on to Haresfield Beacon, the benign Cleeve Hill towards Broadway before climbing back in the hills along Dover's Hill in the general direction of Cirencester.

Unfortunately the weekend as a whole was harder than planned as I left my Wahoo on charge at home meaning I had to default to using Strava on my phone which was difficult to say the least mostly due to phone battery life.

Then the inevitable happened my phone battery died - leaving me with some 15 miles to get back to where I had parked the car - in an area I am not familiar with in the slightest!  After a short detour and a couple of pub stops later I got back to the car - after dark.

Anyway enough of my ramblings, I hope I haven't spoiled the intent of my video and find a little time to go and watch the vlog for yourself!
