My phone offers a setting to limit the charge to 85%. That, along with not discharging below 20%, prolongs the life of the battery. Since that 85% - 20% is enough to see me through the day that's what I do. Hopefully I'll see the benefit longer term.

My buddy's Fazua ebike battery charger offers no such setting. Most rides the full battery charge is not required, 85% to 20% would easily cover it. Do any ebike manufacturers offer this simple way of extending the battery life?
