Stop what you're doing. Oh, you weren't doing anything. That's right, it's Friday afternoon, which means it's time to wind down in preparation for a busy weekend off riding, and stuff.
To help you in your quest to achieve zen-like levels of relaxation before the final leg of your week's worth of commutes, we insist you stop whatever you're doing and enjoy an exemplary range of cycling themed videos arranged especially for you.
First up we've got a couple of videos which follow a strong theme which has run through the world of cycling news for the last two weeks - that's right, motor doping.
The first video actually features a motor that's using human help to get itself going, but not just any humans, cyclists. A whole team of them.
Then we've got motor doping so blatant that even the UCI would have a hard time missing it. That's right, it's a washing machine motor attached to a bike. Why didn't we think of that?
We've then got the cutest cyclocross rider ever, an on-board video with paralympic world champion cyclists in the velodrome, a huge crash at the Tour of Qatar, a really scary close pass in awful conditions in Montreal, and a brilliant little bike animation which we think you'll love.
So we have established that some professional cyclists have been using motors to help them perform better. This, however, could be the first time we've seen professional cyclists being used by a motor to help it perform better. Curious.
The team in question are Drapac Cycling, road.cc sources suggest that the UCI are not currently investigating the team for any wrongdoing.
Had Femke Van den Driessche used this set-up to power herself up those hills in the U23 Cyclocross World Championships, we might have seen a different result.
Do you reckon the UCI would have caught her any sooner?
Jump on board with Great Britain's para-cycling world champions Sophie Thornhill and pilot Helen Scott as they train in Valencia. Footage courtesy of Jody Cundy's GoPro.
We've seen POV footage of the craziness that is Velodrome racing plenty of times, but this is the first time a few of us in the road.cc office have seen footage of a tandem flying over the boards.
Here you've got Sophie Thornhill and pilot Helen Scott, a paralympic World Championship winning pair, who can certainly fly.
The video was allegedly inspired by real events, which leaves us with more questions than we had before we were gifted that knowledge.
