Derby had an e-bike scheme that was stopped after only 6 months due to continuous vandalism by 3 or 4 scrotes.  It doesn't take many idiots to spoil it for everyone else.

Wouldn't suprise me that its just a few individuals intent on disrupting the business rather than rogue yoofs. Perhaps a competitor or a business that thinks people using hire bikes will impact their business. Should set up a sting to catch the perpetrator.
