Obvious bollocks. Really, ebiketips, worth a reality before you publish nonsense like this. And why the graphic of a microprocessor? What next, perpetual motion machines?

"Its power density will be far lower than that of conventional chemical batteries, restricting its use to extremely low-power electrical devices."

Never want to charge your e-bike again? Remove battery, motor. Have something at least half worthy of being called a bikr again.

Quite interesting (if strident) debunk here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uzV_uzSTCTM. Not new, tiny power, and most of the website is about drawing in investors. Hmm...

I guess 'self charging battery' is a little more investor friendly than 'small nuclear reactor'

Easy to make diamonds from graphite so I do it with all my pencils once I've written my next Ponzi scheme out on the back of an envelope.

It looked unlikely from the moment I saw the graphic of a small microprocessor masquerading as a battery.

Engineer here. Quick calculations show that 100 W continuous power could realistically be produced by a lump of carbon-14 diamond roughly the size of a large chest of drawers.
