Beginning in Ripon and winding through the Yorkshire Dales, this 98-mile section of the Stage 1 of the 2014 Tour de France will combine challenging climbs with spectacular scenery. You will be provided with all food, refreshments, technical back up and Tour de France insights - including lunch at Simonstone Hall and afternoon tea at the Dales Bike Centre.
With entry costing only £49 + £300 minimum sponsorship, this is a fantastic opportunity for confident riders to experience the challenges of riding the Tour first hand. As places are extremely limited, please do not hesitate in registering at www.butterwick.org.uk/ridethetour, or ring Steve Robson on 01642 628930 for more information.
It is not recommended that those under the age of 16 take part, however if the do they must be accompanied by an adult. Any rider under 18 must have a parental consent form signed - this is provided upon request.
