How do you fancy taking on one of the most iconic cycle routes in the UK, but with a twist?
The Coast to Coast; West Cumbria to North Yorkshire is attempted by scores each year, but only a handful ever try it in one go. Why not join up to the only 1 day cycle sportive that will push you to your limit, but as comfortably as possible.
Open Cycling will sign a route starting in Seascale on the West Coast, taking in iconic passes like Hardknott and Wrynose, the lovely valleys of the Yorkshire Dales, The Vale of York and then The North York Moors before finally rolling down the hill to finish by the sea in Whitby.
With 4 feed stations on route offering plenty of food, some of it hot, you will be looked after as you ride with your friends, new and old across the breadth of the North of England.
At 145miles it will be a tough day out, but at the height of summer there is plenty of light to guide you, and our comprehensive signing will ensure you ride no extra metres.
So dust off the bike come January, and get training for what will be one of the best one day rides you will ever do.

Indepent drivel: I like it.
Cycling for mind: Some seriously shit steering there.
I like this sales attitude! Old style UK deprecation. "There are better brands - but try our pedals. Some people like them."...
