Cadence Performance Free Coaching Clinic
Dave Smith, Cadence's Performance Director will lead a free 2-hour Coaching Clinic at our centre where he'll outline our coaching philosophy and services and how they can help competitive riders reach their goals, following it up with a Q&A session.
Dave has been coaching since 1990 and his clients have included Olympic medalists, Tour de France stage winners and yellow jersey holders, world champions, athletes, duathletes, and triathletes from recreational to professional. With a sports science background, Dave has written extensively in the specialist media, is the author of two fitness and training books for cyclists, and is now offering his coaching expertise through our Performance Centre.
