The Peaks Challenge bike ride
A great opportunity to enjoy the spectacular open scenery of the Peaks to raise money for Orchid Male Cancer Care. The Peaks Challenge Ride offers three circular routes, starting and finishing in the market town of Ashbourne, 'Gateway to the Peaks'. Choose from either a 49 mile route for dedicated cyclists or 29 and 12 mile options for recreational cyclists and families.

I think they did, from memory back in the 70s/80s... haven't seen one for years though, our current milkman uses a standard van, albeit hybrid.

That's true enough. But doesn't address my point that the chainset you get as a replacement will not physically fit chainrings from the chain set...
In all fairness, it almost certainly NEVER happened…
