Any commuter cyclist knows that riding into work in the morning is a much better way to start the day than being stuck inside a car in a queue of traffic – and a recent study showed they were more productive and happier, too.
Here’s a video from Orange Mountain Bikes called Coffee Stop that nicely sums up a few of the differences between those different ways to start the day.

Why the repeated close-ups on the driver's name-badge? It looks like we're supposed to think the driver has a menial customer-service job. I don't think there was any clear refrence to the cyclist's job but I suppose we're supposed to think it's something creative and high status. Dislike.
This morning:
Wife: You riding your bike again today? It's dark and it's cold.
Me: Yes, the alternative is driving the car.
No comments on the "stealth ninja" look?
And as for the twist in the tail, could have been better thought out.
Cars stall, you spill coffee down your shirt, you choose to drink your coffee in a lay-bye...
I agree with the message but why so black and white? What about the days when the bike gets a puncture and it's chucking down with rain? Or when he's throwing his bike around one of those blind corners at speed and rides straight into a kid on a scooter?
I get a bit fed up with the "them and us" mentality. Surely it's possible to show the benefits of something without denigrating something else?
I like the implication that having a bike means you'll speak to pretty girls on your coffee stop.
If only...
I reckon they feel good after using this bike because the fork didn't bust!
Yeah it works for me, worst thing of all is having to use the car. The early morning bike ride sets me up for the day.
