The suggestion of making cyclists ride against oncoming traffic isn't new, it's been made many times over the years, usually by people who don't ride a bike of course.
What is it with people who have no experience or knowledge of cycling, but feel perfectly qualified to tell cyclists what to do?
we have this in Toulouse.
Slows the traffic no end but is terrifying.
