Heading out on the bike over the long weekend? Enter our Instagram competition to win a prize from Decathlon.

Decathlon are back for another long weekend of cycling in what we hope will be lovely weather.

They've got one of their B'Twin cycling caps up for grabs and all that you have to do to enter is take a photo from your weekend ride.

Tongue out if you just dropped everyone at the hairpin; #TipItInTuesday #FullSend around BUCS Crit; Thumbs up if you have all the #GainZ. . . . Mixed feelings over last weeks races, at Wednesday night cat 3 world champs, if I'd bothered to put my @tomward.94 #WardWheelZ on I'd have won. Lesson learnt. Then BUCS Crit - felt the best I ever have, was the hammer for once and nailing the hairpin every time. It was so nice to be at the pointy end for once and not a passenger. Unfortunatley I was a bit too active and got myself marked and the one move that I don't cover is the one that gets away. Got the legs, got a little bit of brains, just need it to all come together now.
