we need somewhere like this in Manchester, I'd be happy to take a couple of afternoons off so i could sit with other cyclist types drinking Belgium beer. much more civil than that football crowd

I can't believe there aren't more places like this - even the two London venues mentioned are only really coffee shops. Surely there should be plenty of bar/brasserie type places that could show the cycling?
Good man! We need more like this man round the country. Would be even more enjoyable to watch the racing along with other fans/cyclists. Quite envious.
I love my home city of Stoke but to be honest even football fans are the height of culture and achievement round here.
