The inaugural road.cc LIVE demo day takes place in Bath on Sunday 26 February 2017 and we’ve got some great bike brands lined up for you, including Scott, Specialized, Canyon, Cube, Giant, Rose and Ribble. You can sign up for the event right here, with early bird tickets costing just £20.
Previously we’ve listed some of the bikes you’ll be able to demo from Giant, Specialized and Scott, and today we can tell you what bikes German direct-sales brand Canyon will be bringing along to road.cc's inaugural demo ride event.
This will be your chance to ride the brand new Aeroad, Ultimate or Endurace with a range of sizes from XS to XL. The number of bikes and sizes will be limited though and tickets are selling fast for the event, so if you want to ride one of these bikes you are advised to get booked in quickly. There’s also an early bird discount as well so it’s worth getting in early.
One of the hottest new Canyon models is the updated Endurace CF SLX. The new bike features a full carbon fibre frame with an endurance focused geometry placing an emphasis on comfort, but not to the expense of performance and speed. Fitted with 28mm tyres and hydraulic disc brakes and Canyon’s own comfort-boosting seatpost, the Endurace is a dependable and comfortable mile muncher.
If racing and riding extremely fast are more your thing then the Aeroad CF SLX is the model you’ll want to take a spin on. It’s one of the best all-round aero road bikes we’ve ever tested at road.cc. As well as a cutting-edge aerodynamic frame design, it boasts impressive comfort and low weight.
The third model in Canyon’s road bike range is the UItimate CF SLX. It’s a classic road bike, designed to be light and stiff for combating everything from sportives to winning the Giro d’Italia, as Nairo Quintana did in 2014. The fourth-generation version is lighter, more comfortable and brings some aero advantages to the bike for the first time, a sign of how much aerodynamics is influencing every aspect of cycling.
