Now a firm favourite amongst staff and participants alike, this is a fantastic early spring ride that delivers great off-road riding and stunning scenery. The ride begins by rolling through the grounds of Harewood House before venturing into the surrounding countryside alongside the River Wharfe. Riders will explore the Wharfedale Valley on a gentle(ish) route that promises a challenge for abilties. As will all RIDE IT events, there will be High5 powered drink stations, friendly staff and fellow riders throughout.
It's an unwelcome distraction from things that would actually make cycling safer. I do wear a helmet when I cycle, but it's mostly "theater".
I bet if you were to measure the actual impact of CM on the world it would be almost undetectable in the information flows coming from car...

As others have noted, this was not in 2020 but in 1996. Fiestas were, round my way at least, very much the sort of car one might get on first...
The key word is reasonable. I'm not sure if it was from common law or enshrined later, but public bodies have a duty to act reasonably....

Exactly my view. The old cheaper Shimano button wasn't great (and even then it wasn't awful) but the Campag one is much better.
