Salisbury Race Course sits above a stupendous riding area, rich with a mixture of ancient drove tracks and winding descents and climbs, making the Wiggle Chalky Chaser a perfect Mountain Bike event for any off-road cycling fan.
They say you can't really appreciate the beauty of an area, unless you're sitting on a saddle so this is your chance to experience what the Salisbury area has to offer.
All routes then head for home with a couple more challenging 'up and downs' to enjoy, before crossing the finish line to pick up your medal.
The Wiggle Chalky Chaser, named for the chalk plains the routes are sited on, is designed to suit all off-road cycling abilities with the inclusion of three routes. The short route is best suited for those out on a casual ride or beginners, while the epic is certainly tailored to those up for a challenge. One thing's for sure, all three will give you the Salisbury cycling experience and will get the blood pumping.
The three new routes are being finalised and will be online very soon, but rest assured we will make sure you cycle on some of the best roads while taking in great climbs and scenery.
