The Wiggle Wye Valley Warrior is as beautiful as it is challenging! Starting from the impeccable Chepstow Racecourse you’ll head straight up the Wye Valley hugging the awe inspiring, majestic Wye River all the way. Riders will zigzag the river several times soaking in the views of the sheer cliff faces and the powerful river below. Along the way you’ll pass some iconic landmarks such as Tintern Abbey.
After reaching Monmouth you’ll head into the Forest of Dean and experience roaming wildlife and spectacular Alpine Trees before heading back across the border into Wales and to the foothills of the imposing Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains which provide a picture postcard backdrop.
As you head back to Monmouth, riders encounter a challenging climb rewarded with breath-taking views of the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. This arguably may be the best Vista of any of our Sportives!
