Video: Trials ace Vittorio Brumotti jumps on a road bike - for MTB brand Crank Brothers

Italian rider Vittorio Brumotti has developed quite a thing for road bikes in recent months since the world trials champion teamed up with Peter Sagan and other members of the Tinkoff-Saxo team at a training camp ahead of the 2015 season.

His latest video, for Crank Bros – a brand solidly associated with mountain biking, though they did make a brief foray into road biking a few years back with their Quattro pedals – sees him head to Laguna Beach, California, to show off his skills once again.

The video, which includes him riding through the US firm’s offices, apears below– his Facebook page also reveals that his Road Bike Free Style 2 vide will be landing at the end of the month.

When that video was published, Brumotti said: "Martyn was one of my inspirations and I was a huge fan of everything he did on Road Bike Party. My new film is my dedication to Martyn’s work.”

Ashton added: ”I’ve known Vittorio for many years. He brought his energy and style to the competition scene and his passion for riding is legendary in the trials world. He has always wanted to inspire people through his riding and this video is certainly going to do that.”
