Alas no, there's a company in Tokyo that rents out karts and outfits to tourists based on the Nintendo games. Right from the start there were questions over the safety of driving karts on public roads as they're so low, though admittedly Japan's drivers don't have a bad record for safety as rule. The firm has been hit with fines for copyright violation too.
