Niki Terpstra, trying to dilute something (?)
I was thinking of joining the UK apathy party but... meh!
The children's road layout already exists in Bristol. One of the floors of one of the Tobacco warehouses is a complete miniature road system.
Hope the Met doesn't use the handcuffs in the picture - they look like the sort you get from (ahem!) "novelty" shops.
And you'd know because...?

Missing the fluffy pink on the outside and rough bits on the inside ... apparently
That sounds like the plot of a Children's Film Foundation film, circa 1974
