#MyCyclingWeekend with Decathlon - When the sun breaks through

Who won the Triban RC 500 Mid-Season Cycling Gloves?

It was another mixed bag of weather this weekend but loads of you got out on the bike regardless!

We were certainly impressed by the number of entries this week and how many of you look like you're enjoying riding at this time of year.

The rider with the biggest smile on their face is undoubtedly going to be our winner, who walks away with a brand new pair of Triban RC 500 Mid-Season Cycling Gloves.

They're perfect for the cool temperatures that we're getting and we know they'll be getting a lot of use in the coming months.

Our winner this week sent us this cracking pic from her leisurely 40-mile spin around the Norfolk lanes.

Congrats to Boo! We'll be in touch. But remember that Decathlon will be back with another great weekend of cycling and another prize to be won.

Well that was edifying. Granite Challenge 2019 for Action Mental Health, with a cycle from and to Belfast thrown in for the craic to make 110 total miles. (Mostly) dry roads and clear skies, great scenic route and top event management. Tough enough day with all the climbing being a into a relentless headwind, and the closer to Spelga, the heavier it got. Don’t mind the brutality of the workout, but I did come away feeling like I’d underperformed a bit today. For all the extra miles, I seem to have less torque than this time last year. Might have to add intervals to the hill repeats in the winter training. #instacycling @action_mental_health #granitechallenge #sportive #mycyclingweekend #wymtm #roadslikethese #mournemountains #spelgadam #headwinds #lessonslearned
