Up-ended screws placed on shared use path in Richmond Park
Walking from Pen Ponds car park towards the Royal Ballet school this afternoon a cyclist approached us to say that someone had left screws on the tarmac. He had just found one. We found two further screws placed on their heads in the middle of the road.
I tried calling the park authorities to alert them but I was unable to get through.

It certainly arrived several years too late... but it would have failed anyway, the lever feel and performance of the whole system was just awful....

Shows a real disdain for society. A cyclist at the end of the day would likely just change the tube and carry on. Someone's child or dog though, different story.
