The UK's best cycling cafesThe UK’s cyclist-friendly cafes on a map
Earlier this week we brought you a list favourite cycling cafes, as voted for by road.cc readers on our Facebook page. We had many more submissions than the ten we listed, and it got us thinking: a map of all the cyclist-friendly cafes would be a really useful thing.

Turns out someone had the same idea, and this Cafe Network on Google Maps was brought to our attention.
It’s a very handy resource. It lists hundreds of cyclist-friendly cafes all over the UK, with an alphabetical list on the left-hand side, and a map on the right. Simply zoom into your part of the country and see if you can find a local cafe.
Click on the coffee cup icon and you the name of the cafe plus the address and telephone number are listed. A website address would be a useful addition, but we're nitpicking really. Check it out here.

Is your favourite cafe listed?
David worked on the road.cc tech team from 2012-2020. Previously he was editor of Bikemagic.com and before that staff writer at RCUK. He's a seasoned cyclist of all disciplines, from road to mountain biking, touring to cyclo-cross, he only wishes he had time to ride them all. He's mildly competitive, though he'll never admit it, and is a frequent road racer but is too lazy to do really well. He currently resides in the Cotswolds, and you can now find him over on his own YouTube channel David Arthur - Just Ride Bikes.

The mechanic who fitted the rear mudguard had clearly seen the front mudguard fitter being put up against a wall and shot!

50x11 @ 100rpm on 26mn tyres is ish 36mph , 52 chainring would be 4% more ish 1.4mph - 37.4mph...
In which case you know how vulnerable cyclists are, you know how to overtake cyclist and, more importantly, how not to overtake them....
The disparity in the image quality between Mark and Mike's images is stark....

Maybe we need to take a note out of the drivists playbook and label the lack of secure bike storage as discriminatory against the disabled
Well, I passed this lot yesterday and they seemed to be enjoying the ride... (apparently it was the national chopper convention or something!).
