Blimey. That was a bit colder than expected, eh?
We asked you on Friday who you were riding with this #mycyclingweekend. We expected photos of cycling groups, family, and friends, but we weren't really expecting snow.
That's alright though. If you've been paying attention to the road.cc DealCatcher over the last few weeks, you should have been more than ready for the cold weather - and if the photos are anything to go by, you most certainly were.
We received loads of photos of happy riders in the biting cold, the surprisingly deep snow, the mud, and some stunning autumnal landscapes.
We'll kick things off with a few of our favourites of you guys out enjoying your rides and the weather before we collectively dive headfirst into a bank of snow.
Snow, loads of it
So, there you all are enjoying yourselves.
The next batch is somewhat more intense. We're not saying you weren't enjoying yourselves, because how could you not in environments that look as beautiful as these, but it did look very, very cold.
No Snow
But it wasn't snowing everywhere. There were huge swathes of the country that missed out on a coating of the cold stuff, and you guys took advantage of that by taking some stunning photos of beautiful autumnal trails, fresh clear blue skies, stunning sunsets, and mud. Loads of mud.
No snow in Copenhagen, fantastic bike culture instead
We're not saying it's better than ours, but Copenhagen is renowned for it its cycling culture in a way that London or any other British city as still years away from.
Instagram user olemelk, who is from Norway, is waxing lyrical here about Copenhagen. We imagine we would be too if we were there.
Get involved
It's not too late for you to get involved with this #mycyclingweekend. If you've got any photos of your weekend ride with your friends, or even the snow, sleet, rain, or mud, fire them our way on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook with the #mycyclingweekend hashtag clearly displayed in the caption box.
