The DealCatcher's starting the year how he means to go on. He's sunk his teeth into the world wide web of cycling retailers, scoured the country for deals, and has come up with three more deals that should get your hearts beating.
First up is a slamming deal on a Colnago AC-R. We reviewed Colnago's 2013 iteration of this bike a couple of years ago. The 2015 version was an improvement, and with this drop in price, we're pretty sure you'll like what you see.
Seeing as the weather has continued to steer clear of the real wintery conditions we're used to at this time of year, the DealCatcher's found a great deal on a great mild weather wardrobe option. The Gore Knee Warmers which come in second in today's list should help you stay comfortable in this environmental middle ground.
Finally BTwin's 520 Long Sleeve Cycling Jersey will provide you with an excellent option for heading out without a jacket while the weather's keeping well away from 0°C.
Chain Reaction Cycles
First up's the Colnago AC-R.
Back in 2013 our tech editor Dave Arthur took the AC-R for an extended spin, and filed the review which you'll be able to read below.
The bike scored a very respectable 7/10, and Dave called it "surefooted, stable, and comfortable."
Running a Shimano 105 groupset, the 2015 AC-R bears a number of similarities to its 2013 counterpart. It retains Colnago's in-house Artemis wheelset, which have been upgraded to the CW28 iteration, which are functional if a little on the heavy side, while the in house saddle's been replaced with Selle Italia's X1.
The 2015 bike is electronic groupset ready, too, so you can look ahead to upgrades galore in 2016, should you be that way inclined.
Evans Cycles
There are plenty of you out there, if us lot at road.cc are anything to go by, that have completely forgone the bib tights this winter.
Sure we've had some cold days, but the wet and the mild weather has left most of us plumping for our trusty bib shorts, and knee warmer combo.
If you're looking ahead to more wet and mild weather, but you're knee warmer-less at the moment, here's your opportunity to change that.
Not only are these Gore Knee Warmers a great price, they're easy to stow away, made up of a combination of nylon and Elastane, the knee shapes are pre-cut to improve comfort, and there are reflective details to help keep you visible in the dark.
Decathlon
Finally, Decathlon's BTwin 520 Long Sleeve Cycling Jersey could be your perfect mild winter and springtime cycling companion.
Designed to be worn alongside a base layer, the 520's fleece-like interior and high neckline will keep all of the cold weather out without the need to lumber yourself with a jacket or gilet.
The rear of the jersey features four pockets. Your standard three for bottles, gels, and other bits, as well as a water repellent sealable pocket to keep your valuables secure and clear of unwanted moisture.
Radar tells me their closing speed, if they are slowing and how far away. Then I decide to say a prayer. The change of light pattern is incidental.
Quite so, which is why our village 20mph zone covers the whole residential extent. Of course, enforcement is another thing..
£4.
No, that's very doubtful while proper testing would be fully destructive.
In that £1000 exactly scenario, beginners should probably be made aware that pedals will be extra.
