What we wear on our #mycyclingweekend

Your fingers are numb, you're wearing overshoes and two pairs of socks, your bibtights are doing a great job of keeping your calves warm, and you've just been overtaken by a fella in shorts and a short sleeved jersey. We've been there; the folks at Cycle Surgery have too.

There's no right or wrong way to tackle the ridiculously changeable weather at this time of year. Shorts weather for you can quite easily be buff and thermal for the next rider up the hill.

So, given the crazy ranges of temperatures, riding conditions, and apparel choices we're to expect over the next few days let's take a look at what you're all wearing!

Selfies are the best way of giving us an idea of what you're wearing, and the #mycyclingweekend participant that sends us the best one will win a Bontrager Starvos helmet.

Of course, we're not about to enter the debate as to whether or not you should or shouldn't wear a helmet; after all, it's all down to personal tastes.

Whether you wear one or not, the only way you can win this particular helmet is if you enter the competition this weekend.

To do that, take a photo of your #mycyclingweekend ride, upload it to Twitter or Instagram, and make sure you include both the #CycleSurgery and the #mycyclingweekend hashtag.
