It's the last chance to get a registration in for Cyclothon at the iconic Paralympic venue Brands Hatch.
The 12 hour endurance team relay road cycling race on Thursday September 5th, 2013 will feature sports stars, charity fundraisers and amateur racers keen to experience high octane riding on the famous road circuit.
Wales rugby legends Alix Popham and Colin Charvis are taking the lead for Team Dragons, along with fellow Welsh team mates Lloyd Burns and Iestyn Thomas - battling against their natural rivals Team Jocks (Craig Chalmers, Scott Hastings, Gavin Kerr and Doddie Weir) and Team Bulldogs (Victor Ubogu, John Hall, Mark Regan and Lee Mears).
Weather presenter and keen sportswoman Sian Lloyd is also taking part for charity.
Pit garages, hot showers, changing rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner, free massage, mechanical support and high value prizes make Cyclothon a little different from your average sportive.
And it's a great opportunity to go for a PB on the well-maintained surface and challenging undulating hills.
Registrationcloses on Friday August 16th, 2013. Those wishing to enter a team or solo ride can book by calling VU Ltd on 0871 871 5300. Spectators are welcome all day for free. For more details click here.
