Sadly ebikes are easily recognisable at the moment and probably high value thefts.
I wish this kind of disgusting behaviour still surprised me.
I miss when I wasn't so jaded about human behaviour
Still, at least there's plenty of good people in the world too.
So true. human behaviour has become so polarized, so jekyll and hyde. People can be nice, but when they see an opportunity, be it to steal a bike, or shout abuse at a cyclist, it becomes so easy for them to flip. Social media has played a big part in changing human behaviour this way I think. We are too easily encouraged to be outraged at things we really don't need to be so outraged about. We're under pressure to like and encourage such behaviour when it appears in our feed, for fear of the wrath from our peers, who themselves have developed the same disorder. Fear of fake feelings, its a killer.
...Jesus, I got a case of the Monday-Philosopher-Blues.
