Tom Boonen wears these shades. If Tommeke's recommendation isn't good enough for you though, I'll give you mine: these BBB Attacker sunglasses are lightweight, comfortable and adaptable to all conditions. They're not cheap, but they're not crazy money either, and they perform well.
In the semi hard case you get the Polyamide frames and three sets of Polycarbonate lenses: mirrored for sunny days, yellow for dull conditions and photochromic that go from 17% to 85% light transmission for days when it could go either way. The frames have silicon ear grippers and an adjustable nose piece.
Swapping the lenses is a case of bending the frame and popping the lens out; it's a bit scary at first but as soon as you realise the frame doesn't break you'll be manhandling the lenses in and out with gay abandon. Once they're in they stay in, though it is possible to dislodge one if you go after them too roughly with the cleaning cloth. The frames creak a bit when you bend them but that's just the lenses rubbing in their slots, that's no indication that they're fragile.
Once they're on your head you'll barely notice the 26g weight and the lenses are good quality without any noticeable distortion. The photochromic lenses change fairly quickly; they won't be able to respond to sudden dives into tree cover, but on days when there are sunny patches and big clouds they do a decent job of keeping up.
The yellow lenses are very yellow. I prefer something a bit more subtle but they do the job. The frames are comfortable on the ears and around the nose, with the minimal weight meaning they don't ever dig in and the adjustable bridge allowing you to tailor the fit exactly to your needs. All in all they're the kind of specs you go looking for in the cafe only on to find you're still wearing them - a real fit-and-forget option. You can spend a lot more and a lot less than this on your cycling bins if you want to, but at £95 (or around £70 online) you're getting a good pair of riding specs for a sensible outlay.
