Just Riding Along Gecko carbon wheelset

Just Riding Along, or JRA for short, specialise in wheels, hubs an tubeless solutions, and the Gecko set are an affordable carbon option for adventure road and gravel riding. Available in 650b or 700c, they weigh 1280g an 1325g for each size respectively and are built around their own JRA Centre-Lock disk hubs. The internal width is 21mm for plenty of tyre clearance, with a minimum of 25mm recommended and a max pressure of 80psi. The hubs with their cool Gecko print are 6 pawl, 48 point engagement with stainless bearings, and the rims are tubeless-ready with tape already fitted when you buy them. Alé Graphics PRR Strada SS women's jersey

This women's jersey from Alé promises plenty of cooling despite the predominantly black colourway, thanks to antibacterial Carbon Triangle fabric at the rear to ventilate. Alé's PRR range has a Body Mapped ergonomic fit that is supposed to sit close to the skin without restricting movement, and there are flat seams throughout to reduce chafing. The fabric is also supposed to provide UV protection up to and above factor 50, keeping even the palest types protected from sunburn. Canyon Endurace AL Disc 7.0

The Canyon Endurace has of course been around the block for a while now in its aluminium guise, but this is the first time we've got our hands on it for long-term testing. The Disc 7.0 version has a full 105 groupset, and the frame shares the same geometry as the carbon Endurace with a weight that is still pretty low at 1,350g. It comes with 28mm Continental Grand Prix tyres for added comfort, with DT Swiss wheels that have thru-axles front and rear and quality 160mm disc rotors from Shimano. Is this the ultimate alloy do-anything bike at sub-£1500? Stu Kerton's verdict is imminent.

Hiplok Z Lok Combo

While this handy little lock isn't going to fend off an angle grinder attack, it's an affordable and light solution for locking up your bike in low security areas/for a short amount of time. The innovative zip-tie system locks it together and there's a combination to lock and close it, and the core is made of tough stainless steel. The locking is double-sided for extra convenience, and it weighs a tiny 20g. Will it do for trips to the shops or more? Dave Arthur's review is coming soon.
