Facebook Hi Viz annual driver bullshit

A little late this year, but the annual transference of safety responsibility by grown-ups in 1.5t cars with built-in lights onto vulnerable child pedestrians is upon us.
What I’d to put is above, but how can I break it to drivers that most of this is down to them?
