Manager at the Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative Rusholme store, Alex Amato, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Tim Lawson to the Manchester Store, a great name in the line up for the series. Covering everything from personal cycling achievements to nutritional advice, I have no doubt Tim will pull in the crowds at this event as keen cyclists are always looking at how to improve performance based on diet and supplements”.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge and answering any burning questions that people might have about what foods they should and should not be eating, as well as my cycling career”.
