Will this nonsense never end? "Lord" Hogan-Howe, whom I deeply object to dignifying with the title, was the genius in charge of the Met investigation which published totally groundless accusations of child abuse against a genuine hero Field Marshal Lord Bramall, eventually retracting the allegations but not before the target's poor wife had passed away. That this clown now seeks to influence policy infuriates me.
