The team road.cc rideout in Swindon was a great morning out on the bike and we're looking to build on that over the coming months. As far as February goes we've got a couple of rides planned for the end of the month so get your name down and come and ride with us.
Chichester
First up is Chichester in a couple of weeks, Sunday 21st February to be precise with the team from Hargroves Cycles laying on the hospitality for us once again. They certainly lay on a decent spread post ride.
Club member Ian Upham is dealing with the routes and we'll be making them public soon. Things will follow the same format as Swindon with a couple of routes, the shorter being suitable for the novice rider with the longer being run at a slightly quicker pace. Either way though we only run at the speed of the slowest rider so don't fear - we won't be leaving you on your tod at any point.
I'll be there too with a box of kit to give away - Schwag!!
Entry is free and you can register here.
Bath
On Friday 26th February at 2pm we're arranging a rideout from the road.cc HQ in Bath so why not get your name down and come and see the engine room of your favourite cycling website.
Our editors will be knocking about showing off some of the latest kit in for test and there'll be plenty of coffee and cake on offer pre and post ride plus. We're bound to be able to dig out a bit more free Schwag as well.
We're also lining up a few special treats for you........full details will be revealed very soon!!
Like Swindon we've got a couple of routes planned for a few hours of riding out in the lanes of Somerset and beyond, we'll probably even chuck in a cafe stop too before returning back to the office.
If you fancy it register here and as always it's completely free.
We'll be back with full details soon.
team road.cc:
Our team road.cc rideouts are free to all but we can only take limited numbers so if you are a member you get first shout on a place once registration opens.
So far we've been to Sheffield, New Forest, Winchester, Swindon and Oxford with many more planned around the country
