No surprise to me that being hunched over for long periods will, over the long term, give you a hunch. One reason I like to mix it up with MB & recumbents.

My greater anterior pelvic tilt and trunk inclination capacity is exactly what my wife sees in me.

Though actually nothing they have said is actually that surprising. If you spoke to a physiologist about what they would expect to see for a cyclist anterior pelvic tilt would be up there, and this tends to cause upstream problems which do manifest themselves in the thoracic spine.

Yes: I don't think enough people are concerned about the state of their anterior pelvic tilt And don't get me started on my trunk inclination capacity.
